Cancellation / booking policy

Please note your booking fee is non-refundable but fully transferable to a new booking with a three year expiry. Changes though, within 72hrs will require a new booking & deposit paid with your original booking fee retained. No shows incur a 100% charge. No matter the reason, no exceptions.

Previous work by another Artist must be pre-approved. If you turn up to your appointment with unapproved work that is not suitable it will be considered a no-show.
If you arrive more than 20 mins late to your tattoo appointment, we unfortunately do not have adequate time to complete your service & it will be considered a no-show.

Children are not allowed to attend tattoo appointments as per our insurance guidelines.

Cosmetic Tattoo appointments are not only long, but they are almost impossible to fill last minute. Your co-operation and understanding in our strict cancellation policy is much appreciated.

Gift Vouchers

If you plan to pay with a gift voucher you have received, it must be presented on the day you wish to use it otherwise we will require the service to be paid for. Please ensure you bring it along to your appointment.

Vouchers have a two year expiry date. Please book ahead to ensure sufficient time to find a suitable appointment.

If you need to reschedule/cancel an appointment it will have to be done 48 hours before your appointment or the voucher will become void. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you do not show up for your appointment the voucher will also then become void.

Vouchers can not be refunded for money.
